But, we also know that no matter how good our training, motivation and education, the true reason a sales representative succeeds in this business is the sales representative themselves.

So we set out to determine what kind of people succeed in our business.  We studied our winners (and there are lots of them) and methodically came up with a profile.

We're expanding our sales force throughout the U.S.  Most territories are comprised of a group of counties surrounding your home county, so little or no overnight travel is generally needed.

Given the opportunity, it will be your job to develop an active stable of accounts within your territory.  Typical accounts are municipalities, schools, nursing homes, hotels, food plants, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities.

We enhance your success with the most comprehensive training program in the industry.  During the Phase I of training, you'll receive a salary, but once you're beyond your initial training period, you will be working on a commission basis.  The decision on when it is time to transition from salary to commission is a joint decision made by you and Kriss management.

Our commissions are the highest in the industry and you should earn top dollars.  Your income will climb thanks to the education you'll receive and repeat orders from established customers.  In 2000, the top 50% of our sales force all earned between $60,000 and $200,000.
